My 5-year-old is on the mild side of the spectrum and has difficulty with communicative speech. He does require extra care with different tasks throughout the day. My oldest does not necessarily need care but my husband and I prefer for all 4 boys to be together if we need to step out. My two youngest boys (1 and 2) play very well together and can communicate well when they need something.
