We're looking for someone to care for our baby between 8-9 p.m. to 5-6 a.m. for the first 3 months of our baby's life. This would likely be for 5 days a week; however, the schedule/timing may change. During working hours, this individual should be able to tidy up the nursery, do basic baby laundry as well as bottle cleaning to prepare us parents for the next day. During the overnights, this individual would be responsible for caring and feeding and burping the baby, changing it's diaper, and caring for it. Lastly, the goal is two fold: to let the parents get sleep but also to teach the parents how to get the baby to sleep though the nights quickly. This person should be experiences in sleep training methods/ready to provide insights into the baby's cries/how to get it to sleep longer, etc.
