Nanny Needed For My Children Minimum 2 Days A Week

My wife and I both work full time jobs . We are both hybrid home/in office but our positions are demanding and cant give our sweet boy the undivided attention he needs. My wife does not start work until 11 a.m. so care would need to start at 10 a.m. on her in office days and 11 a.m. on work from home days . Punctuality is very important as she cannot be late. We will give a weeks notice on what days will be in office/at home. Ideal day would be full of baby play time inside and out. Proper feeding schedule and regular hygiene maintenance. One days a week he has swim lessons so taking and bringing home . We sometimes accompany for the lesson. He is almost 11 months old, loves to play, and is adventurous but sweet. He loves to be stimulated . Loves sensory toys and chasing his dogs around the house .
