Person hired would be taking care of our loving, energetic and smart 4 y/o. She is in the process of being potty trained and has mild speech delay. Mom works from home so anything needed, she will be easily accessible. Looking for a helping hand that can help my wife be able to focus on her work. I (father), currently work nights so Ill be home as well (sleeping) but will also be easily accessible
