Regular Sitter Needed For Date Nights

I'm looking for a regular sitter for my two sons. My kids are 3. 5 and 1 month. The 3. 5 yr old has down syndrome, is nonverbal and nonmobile. Sitter needs to have experience interacting with children with Special Needs. This would be on a semi-regular basis, likely 2x a month for no more than 2-4hrs. As the title states, my wife and I would like to have scheduled date nights.
