Nanny Needed For My Son

Ideally would like a caretaker who enjoys the outside (walks, etc), educational play time, no screen time, books, dance parties, etc. A positive person who is flexible to pick up an extra day grandma is unable to do grandma day. Ideal day (as of now) 8am-4pm- independent & together play time, outside time, educational & book reading, laundry/light housekeeping during naps, feedings (he is still breastfeeding but should be mixed starting food/breastfeeding at that time), after I am comfortable with the nanny then potential outings, etc. Would love for the nanny to grow with us as he grows! Desire a nanny with foundation of boys are boys and girls are girls. This is not a gentle parenting household & would prefer similar thought process.
