Toddler Care Need; Most Mondays And Most Fridays.

Looking for care for my 3-year-old boy and 1. 5-year-old girl while I work from home Mondays and Fridays. Looking for someone experienced with toddlers especially siblings with a similar age gap, as their biggest hurdle right now is navigating how to share with one another. My approach is leading by example/role modeling. Playing is their love language and how they learn and connect. Quick consequences are kindly implemented when needed. boundaries remain firm. The interesting part with this job list is that I am 32 weeks pregnant! My former beloved nanny is unable to care for them somewhat short notice during my final home stretch before having a baby girl and then going on 20 weeks of maternity leave. That being said, while I'm looking for my immediate need at this time, I'll also be on the look out for a good fit for my growing family come fall. And who am I kidding? I will certainly accept some flexible help during the newborn time!!! My 3-year-old will start VPK this upcoming school year. Please message me for more discussion!
