I would like someone who is comfortable with both a toddler and infant. Someone that is comfortable with keeping up with potty training, preparing and feeding meals as well as changing diapers. Someone that is comfortable with lesson plans and plays with the children. Both are still taking naps throughout the day. I want someone who is consistent and open to more days a week as well as someone that can keep this schedule long term.
