These are my grandchildren and my daughter and son in law are divorcing. Currently they share custody with one week at Moms then one week at Dads consistently. I want to provide some stability for them with a set routine. Both parents have high powered jobs and need help to maintain their good parenting qualities while being successful in their individual careers. This divorce had strained the childrens care in my opinion.
