Emotionally Mature, Fun, And Engaging Nanny Needed For Family With 2 Toddlers

Part-time family nanny needed for home with two toddlers under three. Applicant must have prior experience dealing with toddlers. Applicant must speak English fluently. Full-time available for the right person in the future. My daughter is three and having a speech delay, so I'm looking for someone who is engaging, creative, and thick-skinned. She is in speech therapy and constantly improving but really requires someone patient and willing to slow down to understand her. If you are triggered by big emotions, this job is not for you. The right applicant can follow precise directions, receive feedback, can communicate clearly and directly, and is emotionally mature. Job duties include: managing schedule and nap times, getting children ready for the day and maintaining their cleanliness, preparing snacks and meals, doing their laundry, playing and engaging them, taking them outside daily, and tidying up their general areas. At least two references are required. The person hired will start of as a mommy helper and train with mom until they are ready to take on all the responsibilities of their job description. This could take 2 weeks or it could take a couple of months. I am not in a rush and want to prepare the right person well. Looking for someone who has flexible availability. Proposed schedule is 8-2 p.m. Monday- Saturday with the opportunity for more hours in the future. Must be available some Saturdays. This is a longterm position.
