Seeking Mom's Helper For Two Young Boys!

I am a STAHM looking for a mom's helper to assist in caring for my two boys (2. 5 years and 8mo). My toddler is in school full time, so the assistance would mainly be with the baby so I can run errands/do things around the house and then help with bath time and such while I make dinner in the evening. I would like someone to do light housework (kids laundry, dishes, organize toys) during downtimes. I am looking for someone who is proactive, reliable, and likes to do engaging activities with young children. My toddler loves to use his imagination by playing dress up and pretending to be a superhero - he loves to chat and always has something funny to say- he loves to do crafts and be involved with whatever we have going on My baby loves to explore - he loves walks outside, watching his big brother, music and playing with his toys We live in a townhome that has ample guest parking in front of the unit I have two pups: Andy (terrier mix) and Dexter (labradoodle). They are both older dogs (14 and 9), very sweet and calm, they spend most of their day lounging around, we have a dog park in our community that the kids love taking them to!
