Flexible On-Call Nanny Needed In Margate/Coral Springs

We are looking for a great nanny for our infant girl starting around December. My job requires me to leave the house for 1-2 hours at a time with only a couple hours notice. I am looking for a caregiver who lives in the area who can come to my home to baby sit for a couple hours when called. It would typically be a 2-24 hour notice. The schedule would be completely random depending on when I would need to leave for work. We would prefer a nanny who has their own car, who does not smoke, who is comfortable with pets and who is CPR certified.
