Hello, our son is a 4-month-old baby boy. Mommy is getting ready to go back to work and we are looking for an in house nanny to help with T while mommy works from home. Ideally during the morning times while she has meetings and calls for someone to be by T in case he gets fussy or needs a diaper change while mommy is working. I myself, dad, work in person regular business hours so I am no help during the day.
