Ideally our caregiver is comfortable with large dogs, a mother herself, and is proactive, taking care of tasks without being asked. I nurse my baby full time so the nanny would come to our house and watch her while I'm at the house also (doing work, chores, or projects, etc.), run quick errands, or go to a workout class. Ideally the nanny will be comfortable with me nursing and our style because it's what works for us! We're seeking a nanny who is looking for a part time gig, working 1-2 times - most of the time, just once - a week for about 4 hours.
