About the job
Our daughter is a joyful & bright first grader with a big heart & love for familiar routines. She does have some special needs, none of which are medical or behavioral in nature. With autism & OCD, she benefits from a calm, predictable environment. She has limited words & uses a communication device to express her needs. No formal special education training is required, just a genuine willingness to learn, an encouraging attitude, & a heart for children! This is an occasional, as needed role, not a full time position. We're looking for someone who can help with date nights, occasional day time needs, work events, & times when I'm traveling. Flexibility is important, but I will always give you as much advance notice as possible. We value kindness, trust, & communication. If this sounds like you, Id love to connect!
