Babysitter Needed For 2 Under 2

We are a very holistic family, so finding someone who has the same values is extremely important to us. We are a big typical Christain Values household! A (2-year-old) Plays soccer. She has a soccer game every week, and she is in love with playing! Sophie is only 9 months old so her options are limited other than food! A normally is very well behaved, and communicates great for the most part! She is a toddler so she has her days with meltdowns and acting up just cause she can! S gets bored very easy. She likes to see everything and everyone. And always needs toys to be content. S needs more help with becoming a bit more independent! While A needs more attention! Completely backwards I know, but S is a very clingy attached baby, and so is A, however A not the best independent person. We are looking for someone who is able to manage multiple kids at a time. We currently have our 3rd baby on the way, and will need care for him or her as well when they are older! We do have a cat! She is very sweet, and easy with the kids!
