Nanny Needed For 2 Children In Pensacola

As a single father, I'm seeking an experienced nanny to primarily care for my energetic 3-year-old twin boys, with occasional(and summer) care needed for their 6-year-old sister. I work from home and need someone who can create a nurturing, structured environment with age-appropriate activities. The schedule follows custody arrangement with care on alternating weeks (M-F), plus one day every other weekend. There's an optional weekday on off-weeks for household support. The ideal candidate will have experience with toddlers, focus on safety and structure, and can plan engaging activities. Additional care needed during school holidays for my 6-year-old. I'm looking for someone organized and reliable who brings positive energy to become part of our family's routine.
