We are in the process of hiring an au pair. But in the meantime, we need someone to watch our 10-month-old daughter. I'm in Healthcare and my husband travels for work so reliability is the most important thing. Looking for someone who is comfortable with infants. She is transitioning to solid food and crawling/pulling up. She's extremely active and needs someone who is going to watch her closely. We will need someone for the month of Feb and Mar, and possibly longer depending on the au pair arrival date.
