We have a newborn who just turned 12 weeks but was born 6 weeks premature so shes small for her age. I will be returning back to work. I do work from home but would love to have a nanny come take care of the baby from 10-3 during the week. She still sleeps a lot so there would be a lot of down time. I just need her to be feed, changed, and entertained while Im working.
