Babysitter Needed For 3 Children In Pensacola.

I am looking for a great babysitter for 3 children in Pensacola, who has experience with autism. I would prefer someone who could help out with light housekeeping, food preparation, diaper changing, and homework help. I would prefer a babysitter who has their own car, who does not smoke and who is CPR certified. My youngest two are on the spectrum, so knowing how to handle things such as outburst, unintentional crying, clumsiness, without getting upset or making them feel unloved is the only thing I will except. You can treat them like normal children, but patience is key. They are so sweet and very loving, they wouldn't even hurt a fly, just developmentally behind. I would also like a friendship with my children's caretaker so I can know who you truly are as a person. I love my children and take this seriously. I will not need full time.
