Part-time Nanny For 4 Month Old

My wife and I are local dentists in the area. We recently welcomed our beautiful baby girl, L, in mid February! We are looking for someone to come to the office and take care of our baby while we work/see patients! My wife and I have a private freestanding room for you to take care of our baby. We value communication with us and structure for our baby. We would love to have some open and willing to learn our baby's schedule to best make her comfortable. L is currently 4 months old . We are currently in need of someone starting at 2 full days a week (Tuesday and Wednesday) then increasing to 3 days in a few months. We are flexible with the specific days of the week if we feel you would be a great fit with our family and our daughter. We require previous experience of taking care of babies/newborns and are looking for someone to make a long-term commitment with us.
