I'm An RN Needing A Nanny/babysitter For My 4 Month Old On The Days I Work At The Hospital

My hospital schedule varies from week to week but will work three 12hr day shifts per week. I will have the whole month schedule available for you. What I need, is someone to watch my baby while my child's father is at work. His hours vary day to day but most typically will work 5-8 hours. We will pay a flat daily rate to make it worth your time. There is a chance that I will occasionally need to drop my baby off at 6:00 a.m. on the days her father cannot drop her off at a later time (if he is out of town working). We would prefer a nanny who is comfortable with pets and who is CPR certified. Our baby is 4 months old, extremely sweet and mild tempered. We have not had any colic issues nor GI problems. She is such a blessing, we want her in good hands while we have to work.
