Key Responsibilities: Take initiative in caring for the children and supporting the family's household needs. Collaborate with the family to implement their positive reinforcement parenting style. Engage with the children in creative and age-appropriate activities that encourage learning and exploration across all developmental stages. Assist with light housekeeping tasks, including children's laundry, tidying of play and common areas, and meal preparation to promote healthy eating habits. Foster a healthy and active lifestyle through engaging activities and creative meal planning. Desired Qualifications: 2+ to 5 years of experience Caring for 3 children at a time High school degree Schedule: Monday and Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. with Saturday hours available from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. or for date nights. The family guarantees a total of 24 hours a week. a Children: a 7-year-old boy, a 3-year-old boy, and a 1-year-old girl.
