Seeking Part Time Flexible Nanny

Hello! we are looking for a reliable nanny to help with our 5-year-old son. We would need someone two to four days a week, Tuesday thru Friday, with a 4 on and 4 off schedule. The hours would primarily be picking him up from school at noon until I arrive home at 6:30 p.m. We are looking for someone who is extremely flexible with open availability since we cannot guarantee a certain amount of hours per week, but the average would be about 30 hours a month with a possibility of up to 80 hours.
