Part-Time Nanny (20 Hours) Needed For Our Sweet Baby Boy

We're looking for a warm, experienced, and attentive nanny to care for our 5-month-old son. This is a part-time role with a consistent schedule: Monday to Friday, 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. (20 hours per week). Both my husband and I work full-time from home, so we're seeking someone who feels comfortable with that. We're looking for someone who is truly great with babies, someone who understands sleep routines, approaches fussy moments with patience, and shares our belief in gentle care (NOT LETTING HIM CRY IT OUT). We'd love a nanny who's active, loves interacting with babies, and enjoys taking them on walks. At times, when our little one is feeling fussy, you'd be okay with letting him nap on your lap if needed.
