My son is disabled and turning 3 soon. He has CP and does not sit, stand or walk independently. He will be starting school in January but I am due with our second son in March. As I become more pregnant and adjust to two children- my husband and I will need help with H . Maybe starting a few afternoons each week for him to become accustomed to you and comfortable going to the park ect and then transitioning to getting him from school and helping with him for a few hours before my husband gets home. The schedule may be inconsistent in the beginning. I have doctors appointments coming up that I will need childcare to be able to attend. My son is very attached to me as we have never been apart so there may be a rough transition phase but he is very sweet otherwise. He is about 30lbs and has to be lifted off the ground and placed everywhere.
