I'm looking for an energetic and devoted nanny for our 20-month-old girl. If you know how to redirect a toddler to focus on an activity, teach and engage, we are looking for you! After play, please help her clean up, too. I teach her in the Montessori style and prefer someone who has an understanding of it. If you connect well, we are looking for a weekly commitment - once a week for several hours, and that day and time can be chosen between us. She talks and communicates very well and is naturally very relaxed and content, and loves to learn from adults and older kids. Please be detailed about how you fit with our needs in your response!
