We are a really flexible family of 3 about to be a family of 4! Weve had a nanny for the past 2 years thats watched our toddler since he was an infant, but unfortunately, shes expanding her own family and unable to watch ours now. We both work full time, but I work remotely from home 3-4 days a week and my husband is home 2 days a week, so we are able to provide a lot of support! Our toddler still takes a nap in the middle of the day for 2-3 hours and really just spends most of his day playing/learning. We have a newborn due at the end of this month, which would require a little more structure to her schedule.
