Were looking for a loving, experienced nanny for our 3-month-old twins, E and E, born at 35weeks. They have different feeding needs I pump and supplement with formula, as E is lactose intolerant, the nanny must be comfortable managing both babies and their different needs following their schedule and supporting gentle sleep training, their ideal day includes; feedings , naps, tummy time and sensory play to aid their development, we need someone who can also help with some light house chores, maintaining the common areas and the babies room organized, compassion, patience, and experience with twins and premature babies are preferred , we value a nurturing , responsible nanny who can balance caregiving and maintaining an organized and calm environment for our babies
