Caregiver For 7yo Homeschooler

We are looking for care for our 7yo homeschooler. The ideal person will support him in a 1:1 setting and is comfortable setting up a routine that includes enrichment activities and outdoor time. In addition, this person must be comfortable with a child who is very bright but struggles with anxiety and emotional dysregulation. This is ideal for someone who is compassionate, creative and good at planning and creating structure as well as feels comfortable establishing boundaries and rules. Minimum requirements: English language Previous experience with school aged children Willing to drive/ transport child to activities as needed Educational/early development childhood or behavioral technician background would be ideal
