Nanny Needed In Metrowest

My son is 5 and has autism. Must have experience with autism. I need before and after school care for him, transportation, and sometimes visits to therapists. I can pay $20 per hour up to $200 per day. He has some behavioral issues for some babysitters. He is in kindergarten and I live in metrowest. My schedule is inconsistent and changes a lot and the shifts can be very long or short notice sometimes. I need someone who can clean up after my son and themselves, and make sure my son is safe, fed, entertained, and not tearing things up. (Breaking the blinds, drawing on walls, etc) I work the 17th-19th this week, and he is at school 9am-3 p.m.
