Nanny Needed For 1 Child In Orlando.

We are looking for a great nanny for 1 child in Orlando. We would prefer someone who could help out with light housekeeping, some occasional meal prep or cooking strictly only for child. We would prefer a nanny who has their own car, who does not smoke, who is comfortable with 1 small dog, who is CPR certified. My 3-year-old is non verbal and cannot say when he needs anything but is Not disabled, needs help with feeding himself sometimes and diaper change. He is very happy and active and will be also here with 16-year-old brother who does not need help but 3-year-old does need the parental/adult help. Mom and dad work in Hospitality so work hours are constantly changing. Mainly dad works nights but sometimes mom needs to as well. Need someone understanding, happy and would be helpful if any experience in speech delay kids.
