I'm looking for a great nanny for my 13-week-old son. Specifically looking for someone who is punctual, takes initiative, and can help make sure his needs are taken care of. I work from home, so I am around, however I would like someone who takes initiative. Animal lovers only- we have 2 golden doodles and a cat! I need specifically the same time every single day- minimum of 4 hours a day and between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4 p.m.
