our sweet O. (almost 3 months old) is scheduled to start daycare in January but I am having to go back to work sooner than that. I work a hybrid schedule (one week on-site, one week remote) & my husband works a weird schedule so we do need a bit of flexibility if possible. example of schedule on a 2-week rotation: Monday OFF Tuesday OFF Wednesday 8am-6 p.m. Thursday 8am-6 p.m. Friday OFF Monday 8am-6 p.m. Tuesday 8am-6 p.m. Wednesday OFF Thursday OFF Friday 8am-6 p.m. we also have 2 dogs & 2 cats so we need a nanny who is okay with animals! you will not be required to take care of the animals though just the baby!
