Nanny Part Time For A 9 Month Old

We are looking for a nanny to care for our son a few times a week. My wife will be at home during this time but plans to return to work next year so this position will hopefully become full time. My wife and I pride ourselves on a loving environment for our son. We have great communication and patience for our family. We want our son to be cared for the way we care for him. He loves going for walks, playing with his blocks, reading his books He's just started crawling and saying a few words, we would like someone to flourish these developmental milestones he's having.
