About the job
Our daughter is almost 3 years old. She's very curious, loves to play with everything, figure out how things work, and is very chatty. She's quite easy going and good humored. She likes to stay active all day and we're looking for someone with high energy to keep up with her. Not sure what activity to do next? haha, don't worry, she'll tell you :) Both of us work from home, with occasional business trips. We're looking for someone to watch our daughter during the workday. Our home has two floors, so we'll be home but on a separate floor. We'll mostly stay out of the way so you can be 1:1 with our daughter. Weather permitting, we'd prefer for you to bring our daughter to the park, playground, or be outside whenever possible (stroller, scooter, sidewalk chalk, bubbles, etc.). We prefer no cell phone or ipad screen time.
