Need Flexible Part-time Nanny/ Sitter In Ocoee Starting November 12th

Looking for consistent but flexible weekly care for my 1-year-old daughter. Both my husband and I work non-routine schedules. He is a sales manager which sometimes requires working late hours (8-9pm) and I'm a flight attendant which requires me to be gone 2-3 days a week. We are looking for someone dependable, patient, and trustworthy to step in and bridge the gap 2-4 days a week as I re-enter the workforce. Must be an excellent communicator, possess strong critical thinking skills, knowledgeable in child development, safety oriented, able to work nights, and have your own transportation. Preferably with 10+ years of experience. Light housekeeping is a bonus. Looking to conduct interviews October 28th for a November 12th start date.
