O is a 6-month-old baby boy who needs feeding, changing, and napping throughout the day from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. while his parent recovers from major surgery. We are looking for a caregiver who is patient and nurturing. We do not practice the 'cry it out' method and prioritize responsive care for our little one. It's important to us that any caregiver shares our approach to comforting and meeting his needs promptly.
