About the job
Each child has different needs and personalities of course. The 2 older ones are in the same grade and class so homework help is just on 5th grade level. The 2-year-old is in the middle of potty training still so would need help with that. The 1-year-old is in diapers. The oldest is 12 years old with ADHD but takes medicine to help with hyperactivity and focus/concentration that lasts all day until about 6:pm. The 10-year-old is extremely helpful with her siblings and we call her the little mom of the house. All my kids are well behaved but can act out sibling rivalries as children sometimes do and would only need to be redirected and refocused with some structure.
