Part-time Babysitter For Infant Under My Supervision

am looking for a part-time babysitter to help with my newborn while I work. I work from home so I will still be available to feed and help when I am in between calls/emails. This will be a set schedule as of mid September. It is two days on, two days off and every other Friday so some weeks are 2 days needed and others 3. Looking for reasonable rates and daily rates.
