In Home Nanny - Consistent Hours - 11 Month Old

We have two daughters, an 11-month-old and a 3-year-old. We are looking for care primarily for the 11-month-old. The 3-year-old will attend a Christian school, however during summer months will be home. Job to start when school returns. Beginning of August. Looking for a nanny to help teach and be active. Go outdoors. Care to be in our home. I work from home and my husband is in and out. We have 3 dogs. Looking for 24 hours 4 days a week to start. May add a 5th day later on. Our 11-month-old likes to play, look at books, swing. Is a mommas girl. Likes to be rocked to sleep. Our 3-year-old is smart, athletic, and energetic. Loves animals and being outside. Looking to build a relationship with someone long term.
