Adventurous Toddler Needs A Friend!

Hello I am in need of someone creative and energetic to keep up with my busy 20-month-old while I am working from home. I do my best to keep him to a schedule and provide him with enriching activities but I need some help now that my work has increased. I have two dogs a Newfoundland and a Dachshund both are friendly but there is dog hair around at times (I vacuum every morning) and they will be put up in their crates since they love attention from new people. My son is still in diapers but I am hoping to start potty training soon as I need him to foster more independence since I will be having some surgeries in next few months. Duties include changing my son, feeding him snacks/ meals, light cleaning of any snacks/meals, cleaning up of play time and learning activities. Right now I am able to offer consistent three days a week from 9am-1 p.m. for $20 an hour. My son loves climbing he has a playroom filled with play gym equipment and he loves figuring things out from car wheels to your phone! My son needs help building some more independence with things like brushing his teeth and potty training (when I start I haven't yet). I am also looking for someone to help him with his colors, shapes, words and specifically in the mornings when he's most active. We are looking for someone creative, fun and at times able to physically wrangle a wild toddler. He really has very little temper tantrums unless he's super tired but he is determined and adventurous so you might have to grab him up before he jumps or falls off a table.
