I would like to find someone who has experience working with babies, and who do like children. My main concern is my child having that one-on-one attention of someone who is caring. Someone who have activities/ plays with him when he is awake. I need someone who will respond to my child cues, and not just when he cries. Someone who will be attentive at all times. Looking to pay $12 - $15 per hour.
