Nokomis Family Looking For Extra Help

ISO recurring babysitter or part-time nanny during the day on weekdays during daytime hours, 2-3x a week for my 3 kids, 2/6/9. Ideal candidate that fits best is someone with big sister vibes. We homeschool, grandma lives with us and is primary caregiver during the day, and I work remotely so we spend a lot of time together at home. I'd like to give my mom a break and reduce her workload or let her focus on just one kid at times. A typical day could involve playing inside/outside with the kids, swimming, helping with schoolwork, arts and crafts, or other engaging activities. Flexible hours, prefer Mon and Weds 10am-4 p.m. Other days as needed. Possible field or day trips on occasion. Position was previously filled by a great nanny, but she has since moved out of state so we are looking to hire again.
