Nanny Needed For 2 Children

We are looking for a long term nanny for our 2 children, a 4 months old baby and our 5-years old, We would like her to provide fun and structured day to our 5 years old. Someone who could help out with learning and preparing him for kindergarten, to teach him through play and to look after our 4-month-old baby. School pickup and drop off will be needed until our 5 years old joins K. Hours are full time 40 hrs/week from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30PM, with occasional weekends or date nights
