Flexible part time work. MWF, 4 hours a day, but can be flexible. Opportunity for the hours to increase. I'm looking for somebody who can do the things I'd be doing if I wasn't working. Some days that might be 4 hours of organizing/tidying, while others you might need to watch the baby for 2 hours and do laundry the other 2 hours.
