Part-time Nanny/Mother's Helper For Newborn

I'm currently 9 months pregnant with my first baby boy and am looking for a part-time nanny/helper to start a few weeks after the baby is born. I'm open to different working arrangements, but ideally, I would like assistance 3-4 times a week to help balance motherhood and operating my construction business. I plan to exclusively breastfeed, so during the first few months, I'm primarily seeking a mothers helper to assist with tasks such as preparing healthy meals, light housekeeping, and occasional independent care of the baby for a few hours at a time. I mention this to emphasize the need for someone who is flexible with their duties--this flexibility won't affect the salary. Other daily tasks will include newborn care, running household errands, providing baby with emotional and sensory stimulation, ensuring a safe environment.
