Backup Sitter For 2 Year Old

Looking for a backup sitter for our 2-year-old son, who is speech-delayed and on the autism spectrum. He behaves like most 2-year-olds, communicates through gestures, and loves Bluey and independent play. Care is needed during the gap between mom leaving for work and dad returning home. Hours: 4pm-12 a.m. (Jan-Feb) and 4:45am-2 p.m. (starting March). Immediate need: January 20th. Duties include dinner, playtime, a possible nap, bath/PJs, and light snacks-dad handles bedtime. We seek someone patient, honest, and communicative who will care for our son as their own. We have two friendly corgis (one is vocal) who may need occasional yard breaks.
