My husband and I will both be working 10 hour shifts. We will need a sitter for the morning/afternoon until around 3 p.m. when our teenager gets home and can take over watching the younger kids. We need you to just spend time with our 3-year-old son, watch cartoons and maybe play hot wheels with him. And get our daughter off of her school bus at 1:40 p.m. each day. Our 13-year-old gets home around 3 p.m. and can watch them after that until I get home. I will have our 3-year-olds lunch already made so you just have to put it on the table for him to eat. He is fully potty trained so no need for diaper or pull-up changes.
