We are first-time parents looking for a caring, experienced nanny to help care for our baby boy after maternity leave. Our ideal candidate is someone who can grow with us and stay at least until his first birthday, if not beyond. As an event planner, my schedule varies, so we need someone who can be flexible, some weeks may require more hours, while others may allow for more time off. Responsibilities: Provide attentive and loving care for our baby, including feeding, diaper changes, naps, and age-appropriate activities Follow a consistent routine while adapting to the baby's developmental needs Light housekeeping limited to baby-related tasks (nursery, baby's bathroom, baby's laundry) Maintain open communication with us about the baby's progress, milestones, and any concerns Occasionally assist with bottle prep or basic meal prep as the baby starts solids Ensure a safe and nurturing environment at all times Requirements: Prior experience caring for infants, with references preferred CPR and first aid certification Comfortable around dogs Non-smoker Start date will depend on the baby's birth date, as I will be taking 12 weeks of maternity leave.
